We strictly follow AQL 0.65 standards for incoming materials.

  • LED Binning check (MacAdam 3-step)
  • Lens transmittance verification
  • Color rendering index (CRI) test

Electrical Safety

  • Driver load testing (110V-277V)
  • Power factor correction check
  • EMC/Surge protection verification

Structural Integrity

  • Aluminum profile thickness check
  • Heatsink surface finish inspection
  • Assembly tolerance measurement

Judgment

Results compared against engineering specs. Pass or Reject.

Warehousing
